We appreciate volunteer service at [replace] Elementary. Thank you for supporting our students! If you are interested in helping at our school, you must:
- Complete a Volunteer Application and submit it to the school office. A new application must be completed annually.
- All volunteers who have "significant unsupervised access" to children, as determined by the school principal, must be fingerprinted and clear a criminal background check, at no cost to them, before they may volunteer.
As required by the Utah Legislature in 2019, volunteers must also take the "Code of Conduct" training, sign an acknowledgment form and return that form to the School before visiting HR to complete the background check. See the links below for the training and signature form.
